This is an NOKIA like Icon Pack theme for galaxy y. It works on both stock rom and custom rom on galaxy y. It is really beautiful and looks good  if you like Nokia look it is for u .

• First of all update all your apps
• Make Nandroid Backup For Reverting Process
• Download the Nokia icon theme pack from the link at the end of the post
• Flash It Using CWM Recovery.
